The international competition “PSBH Global Challenge - Problemthon and Solvethon”' is organized by Taipei Medical University, with the participation of 8 major universities in the world, including Western Sydney Vietnam. “PSBH” stands for “Problem Solving for Better Health”. The Career Branding Contest: Musketeers is a personal branding competition organized for the first time by Western Sydney University - Vietnam Campus. The competition serves as a platform for young participants to gain experience and showcase their professionalism through impressive assessments to potential future employers.

This is Western Sydney University Vietnam's first-ever Halloween party. The theme of this event is inspired by the successful horror movie franchise "SAW," which is renowned for its brutal games with terrifying rules, and only those who possess the courage to face them can emerge victorious.

Student Business Pitch is a prestigious academic competition to develop business ideas, enhancing the economic relations between Vietnam and Australia. The competition is organized by Western Sydney University, UEH-ISB, and Global Pathways as Vietnam and Australia share an ambition to boost bilateral trade and investment to support both countries’ sustainable, inclusive economic growth.

2022 marked the first year that Western Sydney University Vietnam hosted a welcome concert for new students, named "Newbies' Night." The event brought together well-known singers and attracted over 1500 attendees.

This is an annual event organized by the CareerHub VN team at the Vietnam Campus of Western Sydney University. Similar to a talk show, attendees will have the opportunity to meet guest speakers who are recruiters from various corporations. They will receive feedback on their resumes (CVs) and participate in mock interviews with these recruiters. The event provides students with the chance to interact, gain practical experience, and expand their networking opportunities.
